Meet in the village hall at 09.45 bringing hi-vis wear if you have it.

Litter pickers, bin bags and hi-vis jackets provided.

Cakes and hot drinks available in the village hall.

Campaign for Rural England - Star Count

Star Count is now open for submissions! Star Count is the CPRE annual citizen science project to map the nation's view of the night sky, and they'd love you to take part.

Doing a count is simple, just look to the night sky between 21-28 February and tell CPRE how many stars you can see within the constellation of Orion by submitting your count on our website.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER -OAKS ROAD

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

A road closure is required on Oaks Road, Great Glen between Coverside Road and Washbrook Lane on the 2nd March 2020 for 3 months. Please note this road will remain closed for the duration of these works with only access to farm land being granted.
